Every person who comes to Blossom Hill has lived a full life and will continue to do so while in our care; rather it be for a Short-term Rehabiliation stay or a permanent move to our Independent Living, Assisted Living or Long-term Care. Our staff views each resident as a timeless person who has an extraordinary past and a promising future. We take the time to get to know each person individually, so that we can be trustworthy guides to their meaningful future.

At Blossom Hill, we care for our residents’ mental health through a variety of interactive activities and we nurture their spiritual well-being through numerous outlets. All of our activities provide mental stimulation for advanced socialization and self-expression. A calendar of our monthly activities can be found below.
