Donald Gray and his family were introduced to the field of long term care by his friends George and Charles Ohman. Their friendship grew into a partnership that has lasted for over 36 years. They began their partnership at the Briar Hill Health Care skilled nursing facility in Middlefield, Ohio and continued with the acquisition of Blossom Hill Care Center in Huntsburg, Ohio.

Today, Blossom Hill Care Center is a skilled nursing facility nestled in the midst of 25 acres of scenic Geauga County countryside and is among the most elite of long term care centers in Ohio. Owned and managed by the same dedicated family, the skilled nursing facility provides a continuum of care that enables residents to enjoy quality living.

Independent living provides residents a home with kitchen, living room, bedroom and more.
