Nancy Ohman Milner, Administrator
Nancy Ohman Milner, Administrator, joined the Blossom Hill team in the summer of 2012. After serving at Holly Hill as Assistant Administrator for 30 years, she is committed to oversee Blossom Hill with her parent’s vision that began over 45 years ago. Nancy is guided by her love for God and desires to fulfill the highest quality of care the Blossom Hill community. Following in the footsteps of her parents, George and Joan Ohman, Nancy has a desire to foster a strong rapport with residents, their families, staff, and the community. Nancy says, “Having grown up in the nursing home business, I continue to see the great need to care for the elderly. I am deeply passionate in continuing my parents’ mission in providing excellence in nursing in a warm and caring environment for the elderly. It is a privilege to be a part of Blossom Hill and to serve our residents.”
Julie Brugmann R.N., Director of Nursing
In 2005 Julie became part of the Blossom Hill family, starting as a Nursing Supervisor. She brings to us over 20 years of Long Term Care experience. In 2010 Julie accepted the position as Director of Nursing. Julie shares our passion and is committed to making a difference in people’s lives by providing service of the highest quality and value in a supportive environment, promoting health, dignity and quality of life. I encourage respect for, by, and among all team members with an emphasis on honesty integrity, responsiveness and forthright communication.

Judy Hollesh, Financial Department
Judy has been employed with Blossom Hill for 10 years and currently works as the financial advisor to our families. Judy holds many duties including staff payroll, assisting families with billing and insurance questions.
Lori Hess, Licensed Social Worker
Lori has been the social worker at Blossom Hill for 5 years and is available to our residents and their families to answer any questions they may have. Lori also arranges discharge plans for our short-term rehab patients when their stay at Blossom Hill has successfully ended. In addition to these duties, she is always available to provide guidance and support to all that enter our eldercare building.
Kelly Sharp, MDS Coordinator
Kelly has been a part of the Blossom Hill staff for 18 years. She has held many duties while working at Blossom Hill and is currently the MDS Coordinator. Her main duties are reviewing, coding and filing each resident's case according to state and federal regulations.
Pat Bissell, Care Plan Coordinator
Pat has been employed at Blossom Hill since 1976 and has held many positions including floor nurse and Director of Nursing. Pat is currently the Care Plan Nurse which involves coordinating resident and resident family wants and needs with all departments at Blossom Hill.
Theresa Weber, Restorative Supervisor
Theresa has been working for Blossom Hill 7 years and currently coordinates the eldercare restorative program. Her responsibilities include working with the STNAs to help create and manage an individualized therapy program for each resident in order to maintain their physical capabilities.
Sharon Toth, Certified Dietary Manager
Sharon has been the Certified Dietary Manager at Blossom Hill for 6 years. Sharon and Blossom Hill's registered dietitian work together to combine a high level of nutrition with great tasting meals provided to our eldercare community. In addition, Sharon manages the dedicated staff working in her kitchen.
Rhonda Wynn, Director of Housekeeping and Laundry
Rhonda is the Director of Housekeeping and Laundry and has been employed with Blossom Hill for 18 years. Rhonda oversees the interior cleanliness of the building as well as supplying the residents with daily eldercare products and room organization needs.
Brad Baker, Maintenance Supervisor
Brad maintains the beautiful grounds of Blossom Hill's exterior eldercare facilities as well as the interior day-to-day needs. He has been employed with Blossom Hill for 20 years and continues to do an excellent job caring for our building.
